1. Refund Eligibility
Full Refund (50% Deposit):
- Project cancelled within 24 hours of deposit payment
- We cannot deliver agreed services due to technical limitations
- Mutual agreement to cancel before work begins
Partial Refund:
- Project cancelled after work has commenced
- Refund amount based on work completed
- Minimum 25% cancellation fee applies
No Refund:
- Project completed as per specifications
- Client changes requirements after confirmation
- Client fails to provide necessary materials
- Client disappears or stops communication
2. Refund Process
- Reason for refund and supporting documentation
- Review period of 5-7 business days
- Refund processing within 10 business days if approved
- Bank transfer refund to original payment account
3. Project Cancellation
By Client:
- Written notice required
- Refund based on work completed
- All project files and materials returned
By Orca Technologie:
- Full refund if we cannot complete project
- Reasonable notice provided
- All materials returned to client

Before requesting refund:
- Discuss concerns directly with us
- Allow opportunity to address issues
- Consider project modifications
- Explore alternative solutions
5. Non-Refundable Items
- Third-party purchases (domains, licenses, hosting)
- Completed and delivered work
- Time spent on consultations
- External service costs
6. Refund Timeline
- Request processing: 5-7 business days
- Bank transfer processing: 3-10 business days
- International transfers: Up to 15 business days
